Question:

Is it possible to cut the hair of the head in the state of Itikaf?

Answer:

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

الجواب وبالله التوفيق والنجاح

It is not allowed to go outside the masjid to get a haircut in the state of Itikaf. In case of an emergency, the hair can be cut from the veranda of the mosque without falling out of the mosque.
