Question:

What is the ruling regarding moving during Zikr of any body part whether the head or entire body? Secondly I would like a Fatwa on blood donation that I can share with the public as I would like to encourage others to donate blood.

Answer:

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

الجواب وبالله التوفيق والنجاح

1- There is no issues for shaking head or any body parts during zikr.

2- Blood donation is permissible if there is no harm to your body and also you will be rewarded for being part of saving human life.
