Question:

Is trimming of beard allowed in any medical condition.... Like if the muslim suffers from scalp psoriasis and may need to trim beard to reduce the disease and apply medications?

Answer:

الجواب وبالله التوفيق والنجاح

Even if the imams prevented the beared from getting smaller than a handful,it can be cut to the required size for medical treatment.
