using the Flipkart Pay Later system, Halal or Haram?

Pay later systems means purchasing of goods on installment basis by setting a fixed time period to pay the cost without having interest. But if the amount is not paid on its fixed time, you need to pay more money for that as fine or as interest. So using this system is not permissible.

البيع المؤجل وقد يسمي البيع بالنسيئة  فما اشترط فيه تأجيل الثمن وهو جائز بالإجماع. ويجب  لصحته أن يكون الأجل معلوما. فان كان الأجل فيه جهالة  تفضي إلى النزاع فسد البيع. قال الله تعالى: ((يا أيها الذين آمنوا إذا تداينتم بدين إلى أجل مسمى فاكتبوه. (سورة البقرة ٢٨٢))

الشرط الفاسد إن كان فيه منفعة لأحد العاقدين او للمعقود عليه فانها فاسدة ويفسد بها البيع.

But in case of emergency you can use this system if you are sure regarding the payment of installment without due.
