الجواب وبالله التوفيق والنجاح

If one has accumulated money through interest, that amount must be disposed off to the poor and needy, or it should be used for public needs without the intention of attaining reward. However, it will not be permissible to use interest money to pay income tax, any fines or unjustified bills.
