Assalāmu ῾alaykum wa Rahmatullāhi Wa Barakātuh

In principle, Jum'ah salah can be performed only in a town or city. Thiruvannamalai is a big town. Jum'ah Salah performed anywhere in Thiruvannamalai is valid. The minimum number of people for the validity of Jum'ah Salah is four. If there is a Jaami' Masjid in Thiruvannamalai, then it is advisable for all to perform Jum'ah there. If there is a need to establish Jum'ah elsewhere due to circumstances, for example, The Jaami' Masjid is far, then Jum'ah may be established elsewhere in the town. [1]
