Question Regarding Nikāḥ validity and Wali Assalāmuʿalaykum, I am writing to seek clarification regarding the rulings of Nikāḥ according to the Shāfiʿī madhhab. Currently, our parents approve of us getting married, however wish for us to delay marriage until we have completed our studies. We are considering to proceed a Nikāḥ without informing our families. We have known each other for over a year now. My questions are as follows: 1. According to the Shāfiʿī madhhab, who would serve as the walī for the bride in such a situation, particularly if the marriage is conducted in secrecy without her family knowing? 2. Is it permissible to conduct a Nikāḥ without the approval or knowledge of our parents? Jazākumallāhu khayran.

പ്രായപൂർത്തിയാകാത്ത ചെറിയ കുട്ടികൾക്ക് സ്വർണം ധരിക്കാൻ അനുവാദമുണ്ട് .എന്നാൽ ഈ വിഷയത്തിൽ തന്നെ ഇമാമുകൾക്കിടയിൽ അഭിപ്രായവ്യത്യാസമുള്ളതിനാലും പ്രായപൂർത്തിയായ ശേഷം ധരിക്കൽ ഹറാം ആയതിനാലും ആ പതിവ് മുതിർന്ന കുട്ടികൾക്ക് നേരത്തെ തന്നെ ഒഴിവാക്കേണ്ടതാണ് ആയതിനാൽ രണ്ടു വയസ്സിനു ശേഷം ധരിക്കരുതെന്നാണ് ആണ് ഇമാം بغوي യെ പോലുള്ള പ്രഗൽഭ പണ്ഡിതന്മാർ അഭിപ്രായപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ളത്الله اعلم بالصواب
