Trimming nails and Hair

Question:

If I am doing Qurbani in another country, should I stop trimming nails and hair when moon of Dul Hijjah is sighted in my place of residency or should I stop trimming when moon is sighted in the country where I have given for Qurbani?

Answer:

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

الجواب وبالله التوفيق والنجاح

He should stop trimming nails and hair when moon of dul-hijjah sighted on his place of residency because hadees says (if you saw the moon of dul-hijjah and one of you wanted to sacrifice an animal let him hold from his hair and nails
