Question:

I would like to ask when we stand behind the imam while praying magrib, isha or fajr do we always have to recite fathiha ourselves or we can ?

Answer:

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

الجواب وبالله التوفيق والنجاح

According to shafi madhab it is obligatory for maamoom to recite fathiha in all prayers.
